K-Floor is a unique fire-resistant tongue & groove flooring substrate, available with grooves on two or four sides to eliminate butt end joints. It is specifically engineered for both interior and exterior flooring and decking applications, offering exceptional fire safety, water resistance, and durability in commercial and residential construction.

Fire resistance up to FRL 90/90/90, tested to AS1530.4-2014/2029 NCC 2022 (valid to 2029)
Tested and verified by CSIRO & NATA Labs, NCC compliant
Passes bushfire code AS3959 BAL FZ and AS1530.8.2 (meets three times the requirement)
Point load tested: 5.3 kN (600mm joists), 6.1 kN (450mm joists)
Superior resistance to fire, water, impact, termites, mould, bacteria, flooding and insects
Low CO₂ emissions – only 5% of typical plasterboard products
Non-asbestos and low pollutant content
No pre-drilling required; cuts easily with standard timber tools
