Case packing systems

• A compact and efficient system that allows forming, pack and seal boxes starting from a flat blank.
• On the AIO “all-in one” system manufactured by Mespic it is possible to handle open trays, display boxes with tear-off pre-cuts and boxes with sealed lid.
• The products that can be handled from the carbon fibre pick and place system are several: thermoformed packs, flow-packs, bags, doybags, pots, jars, etc.
• The machine can be equipped with a tray or case former, fitted inside the machine frame in order to save room.
• Format change is very quick and made easier thanks to the possibility to load videos showing the required procedure on the operator panel. The safety guards are fully transparent and the access to the machine is very straightforward, in order to ease cleaning and maintenance operations.
