With 280W power the 1325M-280W machine provided high speed, high power cutting. Not only allowing you to cut up to 30mm Acrylic and 25mm mdf/ply in one pass, this machine also allows you to cut standard thinner materials (e.g. 3mm acrylic) at up to twice the speed of a standard 150W machine, reducing production time by up to 50%!
With Metal and non-metal cutting capability you can expand your production range and your capabilities. With 280W power you can cut up to 2.5mm mild steel and 2mm stainless steel, along with your non-metal cutting, up to 30mm acrylic and up to 25mm ply/wood/mdf in 1 pass.
With our German precision surface tracking laser head, cutting metal is a breeze. With built in Panasonic servo motor the head will track the metal surface accurately over warps or bends, providing consistent cutting and gas pressure.
This Open industrial unit allows for full size sheet cutting. Easily load and cut a range of different non-metal materials in their full sheet form, saving on cutting cost and time, and reducing operator work-load.
The Ball screw drive provides higher accuracy cutting and engraving than standard belt drive systems, higher acceleration and deceleration for consistency of cutting depth (particularly important for metal cutting) and smoother travel for cleaner edge cutting quality.
Ball rollers at the front of the machine provide a sliding surface for loading and un-loading sheet materials. Sheets can be loaded easily by one operator (depending on weight) without scratching and damage to the material.
This machines runs with PowerCut software, compatible with PC/ windows computer.
Our 1325M machine has been designed with a solid welded chassis frame. Please review dimensions of the machine and access from front or back of the machine if loading using the ball bearing assistance. Forkilft required on site for offload during delivery.
There is a Conical table with under table extraction connection, for better quality extraction. The conical shape also helps to capture and parts or off cuts and channel them into the clean-up drawer
LED internal lighting allows you to easily view your workpiece cutting through the tinter protective lid.
Our S&A CW6000 Water chiller is included with this 280W machine. Our standard compressor and extraction fan are included.
