BRE dollies offer the best tare weight in Australia and are manufactured with a unique ultra high-tensile sandwich style chassis. This 3D CNC (computer numerical control) cut and fabricated chassis design maximises both tare weight and structural integrity. There are no laminations or ollow sections to trap rust or crack and the sandwich design allows torsional flex while retaining ultimate strength. We offer our dollies in both tandem and tri axle configurations, and in 2.4, 2.7 or 3.1m axle spreads to suit your application.

CUSTOM SOLUTIONS INCLUDE:
• Drum brakes with auto-slack adjusters and spring suspension
• Sandwich type chassis, fully fabricated from CNC profile cut STRENX™ ultra high tensile plate
• Either fixed or ball race turn tables from K-Hitch, Jost or Holland
• Hella LED lights, wired to dangerous goods specification
• Tow height options of 1000mm or 850mm or dual 750mm and 1000mm
• A-frame with adjustable leg and pogo stick, either weld in or bolt in tow eye
• Bolt on BRE roller guard assembly and mud flaps
• Abrasive blasted to class 2.5 epoxy primed and two pack top coated
• Optional remote high pressure grease lines to ball race
• Optional hydraulic lines to suit end or side tippers
• Optional WABCO EBS braking.
All dollies are available with different combinations of equipment such as air-bag suspension, disc brake axles and Alcoa aluminium wheels.
