The Vision Wide ASM Series is a high-performance 5-axis CNC turning and milling center engineered for precision machining of cylindrical components. Designed for aerospace, automotive, and mould industries, it delivers exceptional speed, accuracy, and synchronized multi-axis control for complex geometries.

The ASM Series represents Vision Wide’s first venture into 5-axis CNC universal machining centers, combining turning and milling capabilities in a single platform. It is purpose-built for delicate cylindrical components and excels in applications requiring high-speed, multi-axis precision—such as aerospace parts, turbine blades, and aluminium moulds.

Equipped with a 5-axis universal head and rotary shafts powered by direct drive motors, the ASM Series ensures smooth, backlash-free rotation. The machine’s structure is refined through topology analysis to optimise the distance between the tool center point and the B-axis transmission, improving rigidity and machining accuracy.

Each model in the ASM Series supports high acceleration and rapid feed rates, making it suitable for demanding production environments. The series also includes advanced features such as coolant-through spindle systems, air-through spindle, and error correction mechanisms for universal head rotation.
