The Sunmill JHV series offers high-speed, precision vertical machining centers designed for diverse machining needs. The series features linear guideways on the X and Y axes and box ways on the Z axis, ensuring superior stability and accuracy. The spindle system is flexible, with belt-driven speeds of 10,000 rpm standard and optional upgrades to 12,000 or 15,000 rpm. Users can choose between BT40 and BT50 taper configurations depending on tooling requirements. The spindle is cooled via an oil cooler system to maintain thermal stability during prolonged operations.

Rapid traverse rates and cutting feed rates up to 15,000 mm/min ensure fast and accurate machining. The ATC system supports 24 tools, with optional expansion to 30 or 40 tools using chain-type magazines. The JHV series also includes features like a full splash guard, LED lighting, air and coolant guns, and a screw-type chip conveyor as standard. Optional accessories include coolant-through spindle, oil skimmer, 4th axis rotary table, and more.
