ClearWeigh is particularly suited to large multi-site installations, with all data automatically transferred from each site to a central database for reporting and administration. For local operations, data may also be reported on and administered at each local site.

ClearWeigh integrates seamlessly with traffic management systems such as boom gates, traffic lights and number plate recognition systems. For automated transactions, RFID cards and driver-operated systems installed at the weighbridge may be utilised to remove the need for a weighbridge operator to process vehicles.

A highly intelligent user interface allows transaction entry to be customised so that only relevant fields are displayed for the operator. Weighing options are best-of-breed, including support for stored tares, vehicle combinations, split weighing and multi-deck weighing.

Software Features: 

• Adaptive Touch Screen Interface: Transaction processing is performed using a touch-screen interface in much the same way as an airline check-in kiosk or supermarket self-serve checkout. The screen layout is customisable to ensure that only the relevant fields for each transaction type are displayed. Operator Favourites allow commonly-selected items to be accessed with a single touch.
• Flexible Product Pricing: Product pricing options include date and time-sensitive pricing, and customer, site and job-specific pricing. Pricing can be pre-configured or set at the time of the transaction, and can include cartage, environmental levies, royalties and any other charges required. Transaction charges can be based on weight, quantity, cubic metres or custom quantities such as litres.
• Product Movement Tracking: ClearWeigh natively includes support for the tracking of product movements using Inbound, Outbound and Internal product movement directions. Stockpiles and storage areas on-site are managed using current quantity, minimum and maximum limits providing alerts to the operator when limits are reached. Product movement reports allow Net tonnes on site to be monitored and reported on if required.
• Environmental Reporting: ClearWeigh includes full support for statutory environmental (or EPA) reporting for the various state authorities. Additional reports allow NGER (National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting) data to be collated to allow compliance with reporting requirements.
• Integrated Video Feeds: Integrated Video Feeds allow vehicle registration plates and trailer contents to be viewed on-screen as a transaction is entered. Images can be captured and saved with transactions for auditing purposes. Surveillance Video allows monitoring of multiple cameras on site.
• Customisable Security: User logons allow system security to be enforced. User access can be fully customised, allowing access to only those areas of the system they require. New Change History feature allows a full history of changes to an item (for example, product pricing) to be recorded and viewed later on for auditing purposes.
