Ozone Generator | OG Series

The electrostatic filter removes only the soild particles and part of the odour generated by the cooking process. The remaining odour is a gas that needs to be treated with a very strong neutralizer. Ozone is a well known powerful disinfectant. It will remove the odour from the kitchen exhaust system. OG-Series ozone generator also efficiently reduces grease particles. Ozone oxidizes grease to water and dry minerals. In case of light cooking, for example coffee shop and small takeaway, the ozone generator will treat the contaminants (grease particle and odour) without the installation of an electrostatic filter.

The generator ozone outlet is connected to the exhaust duct after the exhaust hood. The ozone needs a minimum contact time with the grease particles and odour to be able to change its structure and destroy it. Two seconds is ideal timing.
