Food Metal Detector

The metal detector detects metallic impurities in food via inductive sensors. All magnetic and non-magnetic particles from a size of 3 mm for stainless steel and 2 mm for iron are recorded. Identified particles are acoustically signaled and the conveyor belt is stopped.

Safety according to HACCP

• the regular request for performance testing by the operator is automatic
• all data is documented fully automatically

Option

Software for PC with the following functions

• Networking of the metal detector with a central PC
• Automatic storage of all operating data and creation of a report in accordance with HACCP guidelines
• Monitoring of the metal detector and display of the device status (metal detection, number, parameters)
