Software features

Even when the radiation source has been concealed in a lead container, the ARDMS Hand Held detects slight changes in background levels. Alarms, time response, etc can all be customised to suit the requirement.

The software package is designed to provide a graphical interface to view and store the data of measures. It allows for real-time measurements to be displayed as well as saving the results to be viewed at a later stage.

Settings such as alarm threshold and radiation units can also be controlled by the user through the PC.
