The Flexifam is a medium sized, high capacity drum dicer. You can slice, strip cut or dice a variety of vegetables, fruit, cooked meats and cheese.

The Flexifam boasts fantastic versatility. With its unique quick release system, the spindles and cutting tools are changed over in no time at all. This means that you can easily switch between products and cut sizes, with minimal waste, and little down time. Available in 1.5kw or 5.5kw to suit your needs. Capable of capacities between 1000 kg and 4500 kg per hour, depending on cut size and product. Made from all food grade stainless steel, the hinged in-feed and discharge chute, make access to cutting tools, drum and paddle wheel easy to access for cleaning, inspection and maintenance. Flexifam can give you flat cut slices from 1.5 mm to 15 mm, strip cuts from 3 mm to 20 mm and dices from 3 mm to 50 mm.
