Efaflex Efaflex High Speed Turbo Door STT ...
EFAFLEX High Speed Turbo Doors are the unique result of creative and innovative engineering worldwide. The EFAFLEX design engineers have succeeded again in creating a revolutionary door system based on the visions of its users, and DMF is proud to partner with them to supply the Australian market.
The result is a high-speed door for internal or external use consisting of all clear acrylic glass laths.
With this, further customer demands for superior speed, strong wind resistance, amazing tightness and excellent reliability were fully met. A huge step in high-speed door technology.
A high travel speed of up to 3.2 m/s and a practically wear free door panel qualify the STT as a professional single door solution. The construction is designed for at least 250,000 operations per year, the highest availability with the least maintenance expenditure is guaranteed.
Maximum Motion Speed
The door weight is counterbalanced by mechanical tension springs. The motor is supported by this mechanism which can accelerate the door at the extreme speed of up to 3.2 m /sec.
In case of a power failure for example, the door can be opened by using a hand lever to activate the mechanical tension springs. Simply operating the hand lever, integrated into the frame, will release the motor brake to open the door all the way.
Door Safety
Electronic closing edge safety protection is incorporated as standard in the closing profile. In combination with the most modern control electronics, this very reliable system provides for the quickest reaction time.
For even greater levels of safety EFAFLEX also employs the door light grid TLG. The result is the optimum protection for people, transported goods and the door itself. In this way the relatively light door panel supports an extremely rapid and therefore an outstandingly safe reverse drive.
In combination with the TLG closing speeds can be achieved of up to 1.5 m/sec.
