The RL3000E Rapid Auto Roll Door has been designed for simple application but can be customised to suit your specific needs. This model is available with the a single phase HMI controller with fully programmable features. Various options exist, depending on your selection, including variable speed control, soft start soft stop of door panel, battery backup for power loss situations. These allow you to obtain the optimum performance for your traffic flow.

The Series RL3000E componentry design is so simple it can be supplied in a well defined kit form. This can be a major benefit and saving to country and overseas customers by using local technical trades or maintenance persons. To assist, a very comprehensive Installation and Operation Manual comes with the door.

The controller uses our HMI (Human Machine Interface) system exclusive to DMF, with limits easily set at the control box program, and the encoder positioning.

It can be manufactured to suit openings up to 6mH x 6mW (with option upt to 7.5mW), internal or external, and can be configured depending on the application. The panel is constructed using a high strength anti tear Polyskin, which has UV resistance and fire retardents, with options of standard or large windbars for high wind exposure over 80km/h.

Many options exist for the RL3000E Rapid Roll Door including, additional safety features, dust covers, flexible bottom rail, battery backup, carwash options, stainless steel (304 or 316) columns, freezer additions, and there are many forms of activation. The doors can be integrated to create airlocks or connected to fire alarms for emergency opening.
