Tobin Electrical Components was founded in 1977 by Dick Tobin, who had spent 47 years in the electric appliance and spare parts industry.

As well as being agents and distributors, the company now imports a large variety of products from Asia, Italy and North and South America.

Tobins are the Australasian distributors for Tend Technology who manufacture a range of magnetic switches, micro and limit switches, foot and hoist switches, toggle switches, 22mm control components, tower and warning lights and electronic timers.

They are also agents for MarGirius Electric, the largest switch manufacturer in Brazil from who heavy duty toggle switches, rubber booted rocker switches and ball type float switches are sourced.

With help from the factory based engineers, Tobin Electrical Components can manufacture virtually any large volume product required by an OEM.
