Polyethylene Tubing

Polyethylene tubing, commonly referred to as “poly tubing”, is ideal when a custom fit is required. 

If you have a number of small to medium sized items that need to be neatly packaged and protected during shipping, poly tubing will give you the flexibility needed to create different sized bags. They will also help keep dust, scratches, and moisture at bay.  They are also beneficial for longer sized items such as golf clubs or tools, or even odd shaped items that can be difficult to fit into other types of bags.

Other benefits include:

• A range of sizes, with tubing starting from 100mm in width up to 1430mm in width (depending on the specific tubing chosen). This gives the item versatility across a wide range of products.
• Tubing comes in either a natural colour for goods that will be displayed, or a yellow colour for goods that may be valuable and need to be concealed.
• Variety of microns (um) available: 50um, 75um, 100um, and 150um. The higher the um, the thicker the plastic.

There are three different gauges to choose from being light, medium, and heavy duty – depending on the type of object being packaged.
