Up to 54km LOS Range

• Using 900MHz with an adjustable power output from 100mW to 1W, DIGI  XTend® 900MHz RF Modems can provide a range of up 64km LOS (line of site, using high gain antenna) at 10kbps.

Multiple Interface

• Serial model can be configured for RS232, RS422 or RS485 (USB versions not approved for use in Australia).

Supported Network Topologies

• Peer-to-Peer (no master/slave dependencies), Point-to-Point, Point-to-Multipoint.

Industrial Design

• XTend 900MHz RF Modems accept 7-28VDC power supply and have a wide operating temperature range of -40° C to 85° C making them ideal for demanding industrial M2M applications.
• Data security is provided by 256-bit AES encryption (128-bit AES is available outside of North America). If more advanced functionality is needed, the modems support an extensive set of AT and binary commands.

Configuration

• Configuration of Digi RF modems is achieved via a USB port with Digi’s XTCU Software.
