Tic Tag Systems core role is the Testing and Tagging of electrical equipment - from computers, office and workshop appliances right through to the vast range of 3 phase electrical appliances and power tools which are used in the harsh environment of mine sites and oil and gas operations etc.

Our highly trained and passionate technicians employ a range of visual and manual checks to ensure that cracked casings, worn or frayed cables, faulty switches etc are immediately reported to our client’s safety officers and removed from service to prevent injury or damage to plant.

Our Portable Appliance Testers print durable, wear resistant color coded tags incorporating a unique Asset ID and Barcode. Printed in seconds, they show all the information required as per Australian Standard AS/NZS3760:2003 including the technicians name, date of inspection, re-test date and upon request, your company logo can also be printed on the tag to assist with identifying the owner of equipment and minimise tools and equipment going missing or being stolen.

During Testing and Tagging all test results are logged automatically to the Portable Appliance Testers and on completion of Testing and Tagging the results are uploaded to a central database. Here reports can be generated, viewed and printed as required. An added benefit is when returning to site for the next quarterly Testing and Tagging visit, the previous results are uploaded to the Portable Appliance Testers and with the use of a barcode scanner the time taken to perform site wide testing is reduced even further.
