Machining Centre | ED Mill
Featuring a Syntec CNC control ideal for education use, high-speed spindle up to 15,000 rpm and robust linear guideways, it’s perfect for skill development, prototyping and machining.
The Ace Micromatic ED-Mill is engineered as a versatile, compact CNC machine suited to educational and small-batch machining environments. Its enclosed design with safety door switch makes it safe for learning centres, technical institutes and corporate training labs. At the heart of the machine is a robust Syntec CNC control system that supports straightforward programming and reliable performance, making it easier for new operators to learn CNC fundamentals.
The ED-Mill’s table (460 × 270 mm) carries a range of workpieces up to 10 kg, and the machine’s travel axes (X: 160 mm, Y: 260 mm, Z: 80 mm) cover typical desktop milling tasks. A 15,000 rpm spindle driven by a 0.8 kW motor delivers cutting power for machining woods, plastics, nylon, brass and aluminium. Precision LM guideways and ground ball screws ensure smooth motion and repeatable accuracy across all axes.
Designed as an affordable yet capable platform, the ED-Mill bridges training and real-world machining: it’s compact enough for classroom floors and powerful enough to teach genuine CNC machining practices that directly transfer to larger industrial machines.
