M1 - Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine

This user friendly machine is a cost effective solution to low volume packaging. The M1 model operates with a foot pedal which is attached to the back of the machine. This safety feature takes over the old method of unsafe cord pedals that are often left protruding into walkways. With the heavy duty turntable it can accommodate loads of up to 2000 Kg.

The mast is controlled with a joystick to raise and lower the film carriage which prevents any workplace injuries that are often linked to hand operated methods.

The film cartridge tension is set as required enabling infinite control for the perfect wrap.

The rugged yet simple design eliminates the need for costly maintenance programs. Machine availability is kept to a maximum as only a simple annual lubrication is required.

The amrap M1 can be ordered with the following extended specification:

Extra long base frame (To accommodate pallets up to 2m wide.)
2000 Kg load rating (This enhancement is fitted with extra heavy duty rotating table and gearbox)
Variable speed turntable (This enables the operator to adjust wrap speeds according to loads, and also provide for "soft start" where unsteady loads are present)
