QX-775 Flex medium Size Tray Sealer

Ishida tray packaging systems are now available from Heat and Control in Australia and New Zealand.

These versatile tray sealers are compatible with paperboard, plastic and aluminium tray materials and all models are configured for Gas Flushing, Vacuum-Gas Flushing or Sealing only. A compact design reduces floor space requirements and a unique tooling release system enables fast changeovers.
Access to all machine areas facilitates easy sanitation procedures.

Available in four models:

1. QX-1100-SDL Split Dual Lane Tray Sealer

• Two independent lanes let you seal two completely different trays simultaneously. Individually control inside and outside cut, skin pack ready, and modified atmosphere packaging settings for almost any size and shape tray in each lane. And one lane can be stopped for changeover while the other remains in production.
• The entire system takes 50% less floor space than two single lane machines and delivers up to 15 cycles per minute with modified atmosphere packaging.
• Models are also available for entry level, medium, and high-speed single lane tray sealing.

2. QX-1100 Dual Lane Tray Sealer

• Trays of almost any size and shape. Ishida QX-1100 tray sealers deliver high speeds, fast changeovers, and simple sanitation.
• Two sealing lanes deliver up to 15 cycles per minute with modified atmosphere packaging - all in minimal floor space. And a variety of integrated quality control features assure every tray is consistently perfect.

3. QX-1100 Large Size Tray Sealer

• Trays up to15.6” wide (400mm) in almost any shape. Ishida QX-1100 tray sealers deliver high speeds, fast changeovers, and simple sanitation.
• One sealing lane delivers up to 15 cycles per minute with modified atmosphere packaging - all in minimal floor space. And a variety of integrated quality control features assure every tray is consistently perfect.

4. QX-775 Flex medium Size Tray Sealer

• Trays up to11.8" wide (300mm) in almost any shape. Ishida QX- 775 tray sealers delivers low to medium speeds, fast changeovers, and simple sanitation.
• One sealing lane delivers up to 15 cycles per minute with modified atmosphere packaging - all in minimal floor space. And a variety of integrated quality control features assure every tray is consistently perfect.
