Micro Breader™ applies all styles of breading in less space.

Operating at a plant producing formed and whole muscle poultry products, the new short Micro Breader delivers about 3000 kilograms/hour. Its reduced length has enabled the plant to add another pass to its coating line, giving it new capabilities to run products that require a greater pick-up of coatings.

Standard features include a Lifter Conveyor that adjusts the bottom breading bed density between firm and fluffy for different product applications. Automatic belt tensioning increases conveyor belt life. Interchangeable top hoppers and large clean-outs permit fast changeovers between free-flowing and non free-flowing coatings.
