Performance

• Dual Drive Motors
  • The dual drive motor system consists of two separately controlled drive motors. Unlike the single drive motor system, it prevents the wheels from spinning even when the grip force of the left and right wheels is different. In addition, it enables strong drive performance even on a dirty road. As the pivot point is the axle of the wheels, the dual system enables relatively small turning radius compared to the single system, thus improving efficiency in small worksites.
• Electric Power Steering
  • Equipped with both the energy efficiency of the electric power steering system and the stability of the hydraulic power steering system, the EHPS system is composed of a torque sensor, controller, motor, hydraulic pump, and steering cylinder, and operates efficiently with a large reduction of energy required.
• High Efficiency Batteries
  • Li-ION batteries ensure a high-performance of the equipment, allowing extended hours of continued operation by use of short high-current opportunity charges. The Hyundai Li-ION battery uses Samsung prismatic NMC cells, providing excellent performance and safety, with virtually zero maintenance. With life span twice as long as a traditional lead-acid battery, the TCO will be significantly lower compared to lead-acid batteries.
• Excellent Gradeability
  • The gradeability ranges from 22%-17% with a max speed of 16.1 km per hour.

Ergonomics

• 4.3 Inch LCD Color Monitor
  • The LCD color monitor with 4.3 inch graphic smart display allows the operator to identify speed, travel direction, and operating hours and control the machine efficiently. The load indicator displays the load weight in the monitor. The operator can select various performance modes to meet all working conditions. Multilanguage (maximum 11) is available.
• Grammer Full Suspension Seat
  • An easily adjustable ergonomic seat provides unmatched comfort and reduces operator fatigue. Energy locking retractor (ELR) seat belt, heater (OPT) and headrest (OPT) & adjustable armrests.
• Adjustable Steering Wheel
  • To achieve a comfortable drive position, the angle of the steering column can easily be adjusted through a lever on the right-hand side of the steering column.

Serviceability

• Easy Battery Replacement
  • The battery compartment is equipped with a side battery removal assembly for easy removal and replacement.
• Brake Oil Reservoir with Level Sensor
  • The enhanced brake oil reservoir, located in the upper left dash, is equipped with an electronic level sensor and easily visible through the monitor.
• Easy to Maintain Controller
  • The AC controllers are strategically placed for quick access.

• OPSS (Operator Presence Sensing System)
  • All mast and drive movements stop functioning when the operator is not in the seat.
• Strong Overhead Guard
