How long do commercial robotic floor cleaners operate for on average in most commercial venues?
Our Autonomous Floor Cleaners operate on average for around 3-4 hours per night in most commercial venues, covering an area in the vicinity of 2,100m2 to 5,000m2 depending on which robot you require. They can operate for longer or shorter periods, depending on the clients' required cleaning areas. The larger robots and sweepers cover around 5,000m2 where as the smaller units cover 2,500m2.
Are Commercial Floor Cleaning Robots Easy To Operate?
Yes, the robots are easy to operate. We provide full training on the operation of all units, and set up the required applications/schedules, making the use of the robots a simple process. All of our autonomous floor cleaners come with applications, so they can be controlled by the touch of a button on your smart phone.
Can The Robot Clean Carpet and Mop Hard Floors In The Same Cleaning Session?
The short answer is no.
Commercial robots cannot currently clean carpet and then scrub hard floors in the one cleaning session, without requiring human intervention, swapping cleaning attachments and cleaning the robot between each task. Commercial cleaning requires large tanks and dust bins, so the robots simply cannot hold enough of both Vacuum waste and Scrubbing waste in the one unit, and cover enough ground to make them a viable cleaning option. This will change over the coming years, and we will be the first to offer it to the market, once we are confident the technology is capable of performing the tasks successfully.
How Long Do The Free Trials Go For?
Free trials are provided for around 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the testing that's required for the specific site. 1 week is generally plenty of time, with second week reserved more for clients who see the value in the first week, and would like to test a little longer before leasing or purchasing.
How Often Do The Robots Breakdown?
The robots are the same as any other product that is used on a regular basis to perform a required task. If they are looked after and maintained well, we have very minimal issues with all brands. The main issues we have, are the robots not being cleaned properly, which causes the water ports to block, not allowing enough water to flow through onto the floors. This is fixed by one of our technicians attending site, removing the water port cover, cleaning it out and then reinstating it.
Do You Test All Of Your Products Internally?
We carry out all of our own independent testing, even providing the manufacturers feedback on our tests, helping them with their own Research & Development programs, so they can improve their products, and in turn improve our customers experience and quality of clean their venues receive. We have even gone to the extent of physically modified some of our units, making minor improvements to help the robots perform better in commercial cleaning environments.
How Long Have You Been In Robotics?
We have been heavily involved with Delivery & Floor Cleaning Robots since 2021, so at the time of writing this, around 4 years in total. We were one of the first companies to offer these solutions in Australia, working with these new technologies even before they were reliable enough to sell to the public.
Can I Rent or Lease To Own:
Yes, we offer lease to own and rental options. Clients can choose from 1-2- and 3-year options. We can create a custom rental/leasing option working with our trusted finance partners.

The Auto Station automatically empties the dirty water, and refills the clean water, allowing the robot to clean venues continuously all night, if the Auto Station is connected. The Auto Station needs to be connected to a fresh water line and a wastewater pipe.
Do You Connect Auto Water Refill & Empty Stations For Free Trials?
We do not connect this feature for free trials, as it requires water to be connected to fresh water and a wastewater pipe, which may require a plumber to connect, depending on the location. For the trial, staff will need to manually empty and refill the water, which is easy, and our technicians will train on-site staff on how to do this.
How Long Can The Pudu CC1 Scrubber Clean Before It Requires Water & Charge?
On average, the Pudu CC1 Scrubber cleans for around 2.5-3 hours before requiring charge, and around 1.5 hours before requiring water to be refilled, depending on the water settings needed for each specific venue.
Can We Get A Discount Purchasing Only 1 Floor Cleaning Unit?
The price provided is the best we can do for a one-off purchase or lease. The 2-week trial costs us around $2,000 in total, for the on-site inspection, technician's labour, robot rent, operation training, support, so there's no discount on one purchase. We take the risk, providing free trials.
Can You Only Offer Certain Brands Of Autonomous Floor Cleaners?
We are not tied to one single brand, so we are not biased towards any specific products. We offer the best solution for each client, based solely on their requirements, not based on a brand or specific manufacturer deal.
Do You Stock A Wide Range Of Autonomous Floor Cleaners?

Do You Offer Free Trials?
Yes, we offer free trials in all Metro locations. However, remote or regional areas will entail an installation fee, to cover expenses like robot delivery, pick-up, travel, accommodation and technician wages. We don't aim to make money on trials, just to cover our expenses.

When all financial elements are considered, the robots save significant capital and improve cleaning reliability.
