EagleBurgmann Australasia was founded in 1982 as a subsidiary of EagleBurgmann Germany GmbH & Co. KG of Wolfratshausen/Germany and has since then succeeded in firmly establishing itself in the market.

on January 1st 2013 EagleBurgmann Australia and EagleBurgmann New Zealand merged to become one entity.
