Bunker Stacker & Drive-Over Hopper

Bunker Stacker

Our current standard bunker stacker is an open trough conveyor, capable of up to 700tph @21 deg operation. It has an industry standard reach of 18.5m from the wheels closest to bunker wall. We run a high chevron crescented conveyor belt. Configurations are available in either electric or diesel/hydraulic. The base models are 'tow along', with the option to be self propelled. The electric models have 'variable frequency drives', reducing power requirements and ease of starting under full load. The diesel/hydraulic models come with Cummins liquid cooled engines, allowing a much quieter operation.

We also manufacture a 'folding' model for ease of transporting. The belt does not need to be removed or join undone. The unit, when folded, is transportable on an extendable deck/truck without the need for any pilot vehicles. Stacker has a maximum width under 3.5m when transported. Can be ready for transport in about an hour.

Drive-Over Hopper

Our current standard DOH is either an all auger model or conveyor belt model, capacities up to 600tph. Configurations are available in either all electric, electric/hydraulic or diesel/hydraulic. The base models are 'tow along’, with the option to be self propelled. Any of the designs will start under full load. Optional dual walkways & operator controls. DOH is transportable on either a flat top or drop deck without the need for pilot vehicles. Maximum width is under 3.5m. Also a very quick pack up for transporting.
