NYLON METRIC CABLE GLANDS, SUPERIOR GRIP - TYPE A

• These versatile, high quality glands provide a cost effective method of terminating cables to cabinets, enclosures and bulkheads.
• A unique lamellar insert design allows greater tightening force and a lip on the seal provides additional pull-out resistance.
• A choice of multi-hole seals allow single or multiple cables to enter the gland while maintaining full IP68 ingress protection.

• Traditional-styled cable gland with integrated body and lamellar provides optimal ingress protection under high pressure.
• The hooked lamellar body works with the notched seal to resist pull-out forces.
• Flexible rubber seal provides a dustproof and watertight IP68 performance over a wide range of cable sizes.

ACCESSORIES

• Sealing Plugs - Sealing plugs seal unused holes in multi-hole and single-hole seal inserts to maintain water and dust proofing.
  The wide lip on the head prevents the plug from being inserted too deep into the seal and facilitates easy removal when the cable gland sealing nut is loosened.
• Thread Adaptors - We have a wide range of threaded adaptor fittings available for various uses. Thread adaptors convert between PG and Metric threads, as well as male and female, in a selection of standard sizes to cover most applications. PA6 (GF30), brass and Intrinsically Safe brass adaptors are available.
• Locknuts - A large selection of (1.5 mm pitch) Metric and PG locknuts, available in available in nylon 6/6, fibreglass reinforced nylon 6/6, brass & stainless steel. Equipotential locknuts also available for optimal electrical contact when securing EMC cable glands.
• Vented Plugs - Vented Plugs provide ventilation for cooling fans, moving parts and heat-emitting components or to equalise pressure in hermetically sealed enclosures. Vent Plugs with waterproof and breathable membrane to preserve IP 68 water and dust proofng are available.
