The 4500-DP can be constructed in various stainless steel finishes such as; mirror, 304L mat, 316L mat to suit your exact production requirements. The system can be supplied with a rejection station to safety remove the non-conforming product from the product line. The reject station is supplied with several control measures to ensure the production line does not allow defective product to pass by undetected. The reject bins have, as standard, reject confirmation sensors to ensure the product is rejected into the bin or else the conveyor will stop and the system will prompt for operator intervention. The bin also has bin-full sensors to alert the operator if a bin is almost full.
