Order Picking Trolley | KT3

The KT3 order picking trolley is the basis for many picking jobs. The optional fifth castor makes it particularly agile and easy to manoeuvre. Whether you need a handle bow, writing board or wire tray, wire or wooden shelves, you are always best equipped with the KT3.

Design

Chassis made of square tubing with welded bottom tray. Side sections made of square tubing frame with wire grate, inserted into chassis and screwed into place.

Castor wheels

4 Wanzl swivel castors, Ø 125 mm, rubber tread.
Optional: 5th castor Ø 125 mm, fitted in the centre for easy manoeuvrability. The order picking trolley can turn on the spot.

 

Finish

High-gloss, galvanised, chrome-plated.

Accessories (optional)

Wire and wood shelves

Wire shelves are available with or without a raised edge. We can also provide shelves with a non-slip chip board surface. The shelves can be screwed (static elements) or hung in place.

 

Batteries with capacity indicator

Our battery offers a mobile electricity supply for peripheral drives such as printers, scanners or monitors, for example. Multi-shift operation is ensured by the quick-change battery pack system.

 

Pushing handle

The pushing handles are made from plastic-coated steel tubing. They are available in ultramarine blue or fire red.

 

5th castor

Mechanical design, simplifies steering and manoeuvring of the container. Antistatic strap as accessory.

 

Note holder

Notes or documents can be attached to the metal plate using a fastening clip.

 

Writing board

The hanging writing board is fitted with a terminal strip. The angle can be adjusted separately.

 

Ladder

The hinged ladder is equipped with a non-slip chequered rubber surface.

 

Clothes rail

Transport of clothes is also no problem with the KT3.

 

Door and rear panel

The wire door and back panel secure your goods against unauthorised access.

 

Noise reduction

Plastic parts for securing and noise reduction are included as standard in the scope of delivery of the hook-in grate.
