URAS electric vibrating motors have been produced in Japan since 1959 and are regarded as the world’s most reliable Vibration Motor. They are predominantly utilised in the materials handling industry for feeding, screening and bridging prevention applications. Over the past half-century, they have undergone continuous improvement with over 800,000 units supplied worldwide.

• FULLY ENCLOSED: Our vibrating motors meet the requirements of IP-66, International Protection Standards.
• WIDE SELECTION: 2,4, 6 and 8 pole motors are available in 100 models allowing for numerous applications.
• ANTIVIBRATION CONSTRUCTION: Exclusively developed antivibration devices such as ductile iron casting for the bracket, a special compound for the terminal box and an antivibration cable have been applied to ensure long service life.
• LONG LIFE: When URAS motor bearings are operated and lubricated correctly you can expect more than 5,000 hours for 2-pole models and 10,000 hours for 4 to 8 pole models. Smaller capacity models are closed type, eliminating the need for lubrication. In medium and large capacity models periodic lubrication is required.
• POWERFUL: Reducing internal vibration by the use of roller bearings (large motors) and plastic retainers (medium motors) ensures that powerful vibrations are generated by our electric vibrating motors.
• SIMPLE ADJUSTMENT: With URAS vibrating motors, vibratory force setting is easy and stepless by adjusting the unbalanced weights.
• QUIET OPERATION: Unlike the electromagnetic type that produce impact noise, URAS vibrators are of the rotary type and generate minimal noise.
