Machine Description:

• This machine will give a high quality, clean cut from peeled product.
• Cut sizes available, 5.5mm to 15mm, and 4, 6 and 8 wedge segment.
• The product to be cut is placed in the chamber. Whilst closing the lid, the product is pushed through a knife block by pneumatic piston. The lid is then manually opened and the chamber reloaded with product. 
• The ram will only operate when the lid over the product chamber is closed. 
• Max diameter of product: 65mm
• Max length of product: 140mm
• Cutter heads are easily detachable from the machine making changes of cut size and cleaning very easy and without the use of any tools. 
• Manufactured from stainless steel, aluminium and high density polyurethane.
