Hopper is vibratory which makes material to flow easily.
Simple structure, easy in installation and maintenance.
The whole machine is made of SS304 to reach the food grade.

1. Full SS304 hopper, easy to maintain and clean.

2. The conveying pipe is stainless steel 304, full weld and full mirror polishing. It is easy to clean, and no blind area to hide material.

3. The residue discharge port with a door at the bottom of the tube, makes it easy to clean the residue without dismantle it.

4. Fast dismantle device saving a lot of maintenance time comparing with the old design.

5. The protection cover can prevent the dust outside coming inside as well as a safety grid which avoids the injury to operators.

6. Two motors: one for screw feeding, one for hopper's vibrating.

7. SUS304 electric cabinet. Two black switches on the feeder. One to turn the auger, one to vibrate the hopper.

8. The holder with wheels makes the feeder movable to accommodate the production better.
