The stretch pallet wrapping system ensures stability during transportation and is compatible with both the low-infeed and high-infeed palletisers from TopTier.

The system is controlled via a user-friendly touch screen display and with a number of different settings, the unit can be easily adjusted with the touch of a button. Given the design of the unit, palletising output speeds are not affected ensuring maximum productivity.

• 18" heavy duty turntable bearing
• Easy Load film head with 200% pre-stretch
• Palletising speeds are generally not impacted by stretch wrapping as layer build continues during wrap cycle
• Integrated Allen Bradley controls with touch screen allow adjustment of all palletiser and stretch wrapper parameters
• Wrapping during load build is fully adjustable including number of start wraps, film overlap, number of top wraps and film tension
• Easy access to film carriage and palletiser through large safety relay-protected doors
