SIRANE is an NPD product and process development company with full manufacturing capabilities – with four main divisions: food packaging; medical & healthcare; lab supplies & services, and horticultural. Whereas most companies are manufacturing operations supplying a range of products, Sirane looks at your requirement and designs and develops a solution that does the job. No more or no less! We then strive to continually improve the design to perform better and save you money.

We mainly operate in three specialist areas: absorbency; bags, pouches & films (flexibles), and board products.

Sirane’s headquarters are in Telford, Shropshire, UK. The company was founded by in 2003 with the simple objective of providing a new pace of innovation and level of service to the packaging industry. Co-founder Simon Balderson is still managing director to this day. Sirane now has manufacturing facilities in the UK at three sites – all in Telford, Shropshire – and overseas in the Czech Republic and Mexico, offices/representation in the UK, Australia, Czech Republic, Mexico & South Africa.

Sirane’s core skills are founded around material science and design & process engineering which gives us the capability to develop new and better products and if required, new manufacturing machinery to produce these products too! All at a pace unheard of before. Absorbency, oven/microwave packaging materials, bags & pouches, boards and shelf-life extension are just some of the areas in which we excel.
