Product Features

Cast Aluminum Beam
- Aerospace standards cast aluminum beam, with high accuracy, good toughness, light weight, corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation, low density, greatly increases the processing speed.
Autofocus Laser Head
- Suitable for various focal lengths, the focus can be adjusted automatically during the cutting process, which achieves the best cutting effect of different thickness of metal sheet. Laser head is able to detect obstacles, greatly reducing the probability of the laser head hitting the board.
Pipe Welding Frame
- Whole machine is machined by high accuracy CNC gantry machine center, 600° C heat treatment has been done on the machine frame, which gives Alpha SENFENG laser cutting machine minimum 20 years life without mechanical distortion. Carbon Structural Steel Welding Bed Sectional design as per principles of gas flow, ensures smooth flue path, which effectively saves the energy loss of dedusting fan; The feeding trolley and the bed base form an enclosed space to avoid the bottom air from being inhaled into flue.
