The new Schmalz GmbH "VacuMaster 180°" vacuum lifters are an upgrade of the "VacuMaster-90°" model. The key difference being that the "VacuMaster 180°" allows your product to be lifted and rotated 180°.
In many everyday productions or materials handling applications, your product may not only need lifting in a horizontal position but rotated through to 180°. This can become extremely useful when painting or machining a particular side of your product. It even comes handy in quality control inspections as it reduces the actual time required to inspect your product through rapid rotation of it.
This new range of materials handling equipment is now driven by an electric linear drive providing shudder-free rotation and is available with three load capacities from 75 to 250 kg. It also comes in two models the "Basic" and "Comfort" with each providing a different level of operator control features.
