Failures of electronic equipment cannot be predicted as accurately as the mechanical failure. When the equipment ages or the working environment is stress inducing (vibration, high temperatures, moisture, dust) the chances of a failure occurring a significantly increased.

In order to reduce the chances of an unplanned and costly interruption to the business process taking place, we will refurbish the entire electronic system during a planned shutdown.

During the refurbishment process, the boards and components are inspected for signs of stress, aged components and batteries replaces as required, connectors cleaned or replaced.

At the end of the process, the equipment will be returned to service, a simple plug-and-play solution.
