Nachi Industrial Handling Robot
The Nachi MZ-Series Robots are the world’s fastest lightweight and compact handling robot. The weight of the robots start with a low weight of just 30kg, a compact installation base of the size of an A4 paper and a compact controller with a width of 369mm allows the MZ Series Robots to be installed in even the smallest of spaces. The hollow wrist design of the MZ-Series Robots allow them to reach into small enclosed spaces without the risk of cables becoming caught or entangled.
Specifications for MZ12 Robots | |
---|---|
Number of robot axis | 6 |
Working area | 1454 mm |
Wrist capacity | 12 kg |
Repeatability | ±0.04 mm |
Mounting | Floor/Wall/Tilted/Inverted Mount |
Optional Extras
The MZ-Series Robots are available with a range of options that will allow you to customise the robot to best suit your specific needs.
Internal Pneumatic valves
The robots can be fitted with internal pneumatic valves to reduce space requirements for air hose while still maintain a strong grip from the robot head.
Vision Sensor NV-Pro
The addition of a vision sensor allows the robots to distinguish individual products from a stack using both 2D and 3D image processing. Thus increasing the adaptability of the robot to small changes in the product.
User Graphical Interface Flex-GUI
A powerful and easy to user graphical interface can be installed on the teach pendant to provide operators with real time monitoring of the system. Additionally operators can use the graphical interface as a system operating panel, providing simple and quick control of the system.
