Standard Technical Features

• The machine is equipped with a 12-position intermittent turret in the minimum and electrically controlled configuration, which supports individually servo-assistant spindles, in order to eliminate the use of printing gears. The suction and puff through the hand-rack spindles is available depending on the selected configuration.
  Models with rotating boards with a high number of positions can allow different configurations as well as accommodate a greater number of screen colors.
• The use of "motion control" functions allows you to decorate objects with variable profiles continuously. In addition, this technology allows you to have all the machine adjustments that can be operated remotely without having to stop production;
• The screen printing group is totally servoassisted in all adjustments and can be controlled remotely. Their number varies from 1 to 6 depending on the configuration you choose;
• The cross-adjustment of the screen screen (left and right) is feasible through remote control;
• Ability to store the position of all servomotors for a quick format change;
• Control of all machine functions by means of a PC/PLC with a touch interface and large LED screen with B&R logic and connected via Powerlink network;
• Fully automatic and customizable loading and unloading devices as needed;
• Decor drying can be done either through ultraviolet drying systems with mercury vapor lamps or UV-LED lamps. This technology allows you to achieve significant energy savings and very low heat production that simplifies the management of the machine in 24/7 productions.

Optional Devices

• You can combine automatic power systems with the automatic loading device and dedicated to the object to be decorated;
• Dionizer/cleaner device to remove dust and electrostatic charge from the object to be decorated. The adjustment of the device is manual or, on request, by electric motor;
