The new MegaSys® range allows greater flexibility for hydraulic hoses. Now proven to meet or exceed 1/2 SAE minimum bend radius specifications for hydraulic hose. This reduction in minimum bend radius allows for easier fitment of hoses in restricted space compartments.

 

This range of hoses are recommended for extremely high pressure applications and are compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like polyolester, polyglycol and vegetable oil as well as standard petroleum based fluids.

 

The MegaSpiral® range of hoses is also available with a MegaTuff® outer cover which is ideally suited in high abrasive applications making the hose last up to 300 times longer than the standard hose.

• 3,000 to 6,000 psi (20.7 to 41.4 MPa) working pressures
• New flexibilty in 3/8” to 1-1/2” (9.5 to 38.1 mm) hoses
