The new YLM bending machine had been designed for small tubing with multiple electric axis and for bending the most complex shapes and parts. It offers the hydraulic valves and integrated circuits to control bending motion individually, which will extend the service life of the hydraulic parts.
The CNC-65 bender is equipped with a manually adjusted digital flow regulation valve to control the speed of bending motion. The Servo drive provides high accuracy in bending positioning, that ensures high quality bending.
The new bender also incorporates an auto-cropping mechanism, reducing the need for manual cutting and trimming of pipe. The low-profile bend head design uniquely offset from the centre of the machine frame provides clearance for complicated parts that cannot be obtained on other brands of equipment.
