Arla Foods were rolling out an innovative packaging process that required the laser coding of internal cartons. Built to run a number of SKU's of differing size formats the machine utilises automatic and manual size change driven by a product bar code reader.

The laser is mounted on a servo adjusted ball screw to provide an accurate position above the product and simple colour coded size change tools allow the operators to set this machine up right first time all the time
