The Company was founded in 1992 by Shane Davis the present owner and director. Shane previously had 5 years experience within the Brush Industry before deciding to venture out on his own with the vision of developing a Specialist Brush Manufacturing Company.

Initially the company operated from rented premises in Altona Victoria where its main activity was the on-selling of brushes made by other companies. Gradually as market opportunity and equipment became available more manufacturing was undertaken, in particular the production of moulded brooms (a very unique brush production process).

The acquisition of strip brush machines and other plant necessitated further expansion and in 1997, the company built a large factory in Sunshine Victoria to better house the new machinery and stock.
