conveyor belt cleaning succeeding in any type of bulk material. This versatile scraper system can handle every situation and is a proven
client favourite across the globe. With its single row design and non-sticking flexible skirting system, material is transported in front of the scraper solving common buildup issues on the scraper midsections or chute walls.

The B6 blades are available in 12mm and 20mm blade sizes and comes in two different tungsten types (mechanical or chemical wear). With HOSCH’s unique brazing process and materials, the B6 blades have achieved around 40% longer blade life compared to other leading competitors (tested in iron ore applications) and minimize not only the cost for spare parts but also service and maintenance costs.

Each individual B6 blade is held in place by two rubber torsion systems (elements). The torsion system inside the element provides stability, and shock absorbing properties. The elements also provide constant blade tension throughout the life of the blade with optimal pressure*.

*With 12 mm blade no adjustments required. With 20 mm tungsten one tensioning adjustment may benefit cleaning performance but is not mandatory
