The Dugong idea started from the need for equipment on a no can afford the many prices of equipment being used at the turn of the century by farmers.

One small piece of equipment with many interchangeable parts seeders, fertilizer spreaders, varying ploughs & sprayers etc would do.

The name Dugong comes from the side panel shape, the front moves up like a Dugong surfacing for air & while down and grading making dust like a Dugong eating.

The machine tends to like grass & roots of orange & palm type plants because of its steep angled fixed blade.
