Angus Fire's revolutionary large diameter hose Hi Vol is what the fire service has been waiting for. Available in diameters up to 305mm Hi-Vol eliminates the logistical nightmare of "spaghetti" on the fire-ground. It also enables water to be moved over long distances with minimal friction loss, using fewer pumps in relay than conventional hose.

The amount of water moved by 8 64mm lengths of Duraline can now be moved by a single 125mm length of Hi-Vol. It is also being used by civil defence organisations for bridging municipal water mains damaged by earthquakes.
