CVC designed and built Pre-feeding system adopts motorized hopper / bin lifting system to transport tablets / capsules from a floored mounted hopper to the CVC counter. This new lifter provides wider application while only small space is required. It is suitable for all kinds of tablets or/and capsules, seamless construction of hopper prevents possible product contamination.
When products like pharmaceuticals and vitamins are exposed to moisture, desiccants are able to prevent moisture damage by absorbing moisture from the air. CVC provides three type of solutions: desiccant pouch inserter, desiccant canister inserters with elevator hopper and desiccant canister inserters with vibrator bowl. All three are PLC controlled of fully automatic operation and made in compliance with cGMP requirements.
The CVC Cotton Inserter converts cotton into preset lengths. The coil is pulled apart into desired lengths by feeding through two pairs of pinch rollers, each piece is then folded and inserted up into a tube, forming the "inverted U", the tube then moves over the bottle and the cotton piece is inserted down into the bottle by means of air cylinders.
