The RHINO R4000S Compact Edge Bander incorporates the following features; Pre-heated infeed fence, Electric Rise and fall of beam height, Teflon coated hot melt glue pot, 2 motor end saw unit, top and bottom trimming, top and bottom radius scrapers, buffing, dust extraction on cut off saws, trimmers & scrapers, all collected to one common 150mm dia. outlet, built in dust extraction electrics for upto 4kW dust unit to start with feed track, DELTA touch screen controller, New streamlined design insulated hood with cabin light, Temperature stand by, safety feed gate, 12mt/min Feed speed, improved tape reel holder with edge guides.  All new RHINO Edge Banders include 12 month warranty and runs on 20 Amp 3 phase 5 wire electric circuit.
