This is a plug and play unit which comprises its own refrigeration unit, insulated crystallizer tank, plc control panel, conductivity meter, plate heat exchanger and filter to remove the crystals.

The continuous and automatic production allows tartrate stabilisation in 24 hours for small batches but the greatest refrigeration/power efficiency is created when very large tanks are stabilised over a 5 - 7 day working week.

Once the unit completes the start up process (usually 3 hours) the Cadalpe plant achieves a 95% power saving efficiency.
This is achieved in part due to the installed plate heat exchanger which allows counter current flow against the incoming product.

Contact time inside the crystallizer tank is 1.5 to 2 hours.

• C30 models available with productions of 5000, 7500, 10000, 12500, 15000 and 20000 litres per hour.
