The proprietary ejection unit of Buhler guarantees that even firmly entrenched screws can be expelled by the hydraulic unit. This removes the need for the machine and the conveyor pipes to be disassembled, saving you time and having output back up and running quickly. During operation, the cutter can be modified, allowing you to reliably achieve the high quality of your final product.

For easier monitoring, access and cleaning, it can also be shifted to one side. The two-stage preconditioner distinguishes the zone of blending from the zone of retention. This ensures maximum, vigourous blending at high screw speeds, as well as gentle retention at low screw speeds over a narrow time span.
