With our ham press type IF 5200 you can produce high numbers of pieces. After the insertion of the raw or cooking salt meat, the meat is pressed in form, and is pushed afterwards automatically by a stamp into the casing.

The forms and the form stamp are replaceable in minute quickness, and can be adapted to the respective product. 

Applications:

• To process meat and meat parts in plastic and fibre casings
• In connection with the collagen foil device meat and pieces of meat can be packed in the net.
